Terms of Service
Effective date: 27 October 2026 · AlimNet Nexus Compute Ltd. · Sylhet SEZ, Bangladesh
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or leasing infrastructure from AlimNet Nexus Compute Ltd. ("AlimNet"), you agree to these Terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services
AlimNet provides pure-play infrastructure: dedicated bare-metal GPU nodes, managed vGPU/MIG slices, colocation, and associated network access. We do not provide application development, model training, or software-level managed services unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Leases and provisioning
- Bare-metal nodes are leased under 6–12 month terms unless otherwise contracted.
- Provisioning is subject to hardware availability, KYC, and compliance verification.
- Tenant access is delivered via SSH over WireGuard/IPsec tunnels, with floating IP allocation.
4. Service levels and demarcation
AlimNet guarantees physical hardware uptime (99.9%), A/B dual power feeds, thermal control (20°C ±2 liquid intake), and line-rate connectivity as set out in the applicable SLA. AlimNet is not responsible for tenant operating systems, application code, container security, datasets, or model execution. Service credits are governed by the SLA schedule.
5. Tenant responsibilities
- Maintain the security of OS images, keys, credentials, and workloads.
- Comply with Bangladesh Bank, BTRC, and other applicable regulations.
- Do not use the infrastructure for unlawful, abusive, or sanctioned activity.
- Notify AlimNet promptly of suspected security incidents affecting shared infrastructure.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to distribute malware, conduct attacks, infringe intellectual property, or violate export controls. Cryptomining is not permitted on primary tenant infrastructure; spot-market workloads are governed by the separate marketplace terms.
7. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your order form or lease agreement. Invoices are due according to the stated terms. Late payment may result in suspension of access after notice. Taxes are the tenant's responsibility except where prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual property
AlimNet retains all rights to its facilities, hardware, portal, and documentation. Tenant retains ownership of its data, models, and software. No license is granted except as necessary to use the services.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of the agreement. This obligation survives termination.
10. Warranties and liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis except as expressly stated in the SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlimNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost models, or data loss. AlimNet's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice and a cure period. AlimNet may suspend access immediately for security, legal, or non-payment reasons. Upon termination, tenant data will be handled according to the agreed retention and deletion schedule.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
