• Contact data: name, email address, company, and message content submitted through our contact form.
• Account data: tenant organisation name, authorized users, role, and authentication metadata for the client portal.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and security logs generated when you access our services.
• Telemetry data: GPU-hour, VRAM bandwidth, power draw, and hardware health metrics associated with your leased capacity.

3. How we use information

• Respond to sales and technical inquiries.
• Provision and operate bare-metal, MIG, and network services.
• Generate invoices, usage reports, and SLA records.
• Maintain security, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data residency and sovereignty

AlimNet operates inside the Sylhet Special Economic Zone. Customer workloads, model weights, and associated data remain physically within Bangladesh unless you explicitly configure otherwise. Our policies are designed to align with Bangladesh Bank data-sovereignty directives and the BTRC private data center framework.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with contracted service providers (for example, billing, communications, or audit partners) strictly as needed to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by Bangladeshi law or a valid legal order.

6. Security

We apply zero-trust network segmentation, eBPF kernel inspection, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 HSM key management, encrypted tunnels, and physical access controls. See our Security page for details.

7. Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Portal and billing records are retained for the duration of the lease plus the period required by applicable law. Security logs are retained according to our incident-response and audit requirements.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our public site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers. Any future analytics will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.
